- Contact Form: We process personal data of Users who use the contact form available on the Website to identify the sender, enable communication, and handle inquiries or requests. The legal basis depends on the content of the message. Usually, the basis will be our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining communication and responding to business-related inquiries or initiating business cooperation.
- We have assessed that this legitimate interest overrides your data protection rights due to the limited nature of data processed, its voluntary submission, and that it is processed at your request and in your interest.

Marketing communication (newsletter, email and telephone contact)

- If the User subscribes to our Newsletter – the User's personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending the Newsletter containing information promoting the products and services of the AIC Group, industry news, and links to related articles, videos, and posts published on social media platforms and external websites. Data will be processed on the basis of the User's consent expressed by providing his/her email address to receive our Newsletter. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at the contact details provided above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- If the User consents to be contacted by email or / and telephone, their email address or / and telephone number will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing by AIC S.A., including providing commercial information about new and current products, technologies/production capabilities, services, and cooperation opportunities. The processing is based on the User’s voluntary consent given by ticking the relevant checkbox on the Website. This consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
